I serve as an experienced and highly situationally-aware, but external, thought-partner to law firm and legal department leaders. I’ve led and successfully restructured and up-levelled lawyer development functions at global law firms, won a Corporate Counsel Women, Influence and Power in Law Award for my work redesigning a global firm’s worldwide L&D function, and led on the talent side of a firm’s AI implementation efforts. Now, I am passionate about helping you “untangle” the scenarios on your desk, define clear objectives, and design and implement the talent scaffolding that supports business objectives and your people’s happiness and productivity. https://www.untanglecoaching.com/services daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657653977447-S0PGKMBJGHAWLN11FB59/hakala-icons.png Services https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1659540235240-SUBSGPDR82X3QA0HWQK1/noun-circle-149199.png Services https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654049001-CZ1RKDVA9ZYWLRMRXB91/burst.png Services https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654064891-U3E3SLHTML7UUC1VVOL0/spiral.png Services https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657653977447-S0PGKMBJGHAWLN11FB59/hakala-icons.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1659540235240-SUBSGPDR82X3QA0HWQK1/noun-circle-149199.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654049001-CZ1RKDVA9ZYWLRMRXB91/burst.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654064891-U3E3SLHTML7UUC1VVOL0/spiral.png https://www.untanglecoaching.com/contact daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://www.untanglecoaching.com/about daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/502c0b01-6253-434e-b545-bd2b8f4c1822/20190730_164631.jpg https://www.untanglecoaching.com/how-we-work daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657653977447-S0PGKMBJGHAWLN11FB59/hakala-icons.png How We Work https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1659543001508-XHX0JVZMM1RTBTO5WFC9/noun-circle-149199.png How We Work https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654049001-CZ1RKDVA9ZYWLRMRXB91/burst.png How We Work https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/1657654064891-U3E3SLHTML7UUC1VVOL0/spiral.png How We Work https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/5d246667-b546-4d47-8678-9932bd7522b5/noun-arrow-3078252+2.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/5d246667-b546-4d47-8678-9932bd7522b5/noun-arrow-3078252+2.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/5d246667-b546-4d47-8678-9932bd7522b5/noun-arrow-3078252+2.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/5d246667-b546-4d47-8678-9932bd7522b5/noun-arrow-3078252+2.png https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/5d246667-b546-4d47-8678-9932bd7522b5/noun-arrow-3078252+2.png https://www.untanglecoaching.com/terms-and-conditions daily 0.75 2022-08-03 https://www.untanglecoaching.com/privacy-policy daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://www.untanglecoaching.com/about-1 daily 0.75 2026-10-08 https://images.squarespace-cdn.com/content/v1/62cdbb39d9d2363ad52ba5e4/e81df0ce-2387-466f-9462-c2a529601e55/TRPhoto.jpg
